I purchased a Nikon D60 back in 2008, and the only way to download pictures from my camera to my PC was to use PictureProject. At that time I had Explorer 7 and eventually Windows XP had Windows LIVE go to Explorer 8 during and after the change over. There were just a couple of problems, which I can't remember if they were solved. But I still have a problem that did not get solved, which really do not know for sure if it was from PictureProject. This was on my old computer a DELL Dimension 8100. Recently I upgraded to a new computer DELL XPS9000 and dowloaded all my files from the old computer to a WD MyPASSPORT Essential, to be transferred to the DELL XPS9000. I have not transferred the files since I purchased the new computer in September 2010, because I forgot the password. I'm still wondering, if I can still transfer my PictureProject Photo files to the new Windows 7 Professional program? When I purchased the DELL XPS9000, I asked for PHOTOSHOP Element 8, but it has not been downloaded, yet. Can PhotoShop and PictureProject work together on Windows 7 Professional? Or Can I transfer my PICTUREPROJECT PHOTOS to PHOTOSHOP ELEMENT 8? Please advise before I download either one, thank you? James H Nichols III
