Updated on February 21, 2018. Prestigio USB Drivers allows you to connect your Prestigio Smartphone and Tablets to the computer without the need of any software. It also allows you to Flash Prestigio Stock Firmware on your Prestigio Device using the preloader drivers. In case, if your computer’s Operating System starts to showing you “No Audio Output Device Is Installed” when every time you scroll your mouse’s pointer to the sound icon, that means your Windows is might having some problem to identify your Computer’s audio hardware device or maybe it’s also possible that your Windows Sound Drivers got corrupted too.

Nice looking phone but dont buy it. Absolutely crap. Battery goes almost straight away. Wasted 90 pounds off shopping channel so its put me off that aswell. They should test everthing they sell. im having major problems with this phone someone downloading data tried resetting but the problem reappears when turn on phone get adverts which although i turn off reappear think its viruses would never trust this make

- the 4 GB internal memory is 1,91 GB in real life, which is also partitioned, so the available memory to install any programs is only 500 MB !!!
- the wifi and the GPS is extremly weak to signals
- without wifi you are simply unable to watch eg. youtube videos, because the data transfer is so slow
- the display can be seen well only from one angle...
Avoid this phone.

Guys, I have this phone for about 18 months already and EVERYTHING works perfect! I didn't have any file transfer problem at all, neither a mail opening issue as well.
100% satisfied!
But, you should keep in mind that the RAM is only 512 kB and that the 4 GB of internal storage should be wisely managed - all the INSTALLED apk's that allow so, should be moved to an external SD.
At the end, you should calculate with what is going to be installed on in one moment - there is not too much space available for too many apps to stay installed on it. Still, this is just a budget phone.
Recommendation: disable all the native apps that you don't need/use. Here are some of my disabled apps (no problem for the phone):
Prestigio Keys; PrestigioWizard; Installer Prestigio; eReader Prestigio; Digital Clock; Calendar; Calculator; Google text-to-speech Engine; Google+; Talk; TalkBack; YouTube.
Please note that some of these apps are replaced with another ones, appropriate for the purpose.
My configuration (apks ALWAYS installed):
Advanced Task Manager; AntTek Explorer v3.1.4; Opera Mini; Adobe Reader; Business Calendar Pro; Smart Keyboard Pro; Flashlight+; RealCalc; Navitel Navigator...

I have purchased two mobile but I am unable to move data from Internal Memory of phone to SD Card. I've tried all the options but no way, it seems this fone not allows to move data from Internal storage to SD Card. I am unable to install applications as there is no space. I must say such a useless fone.

Can some one give me some advice please?
When I go to my emails and touch the item I want to open, the item turn's blue then says....Unfortunately,Email has stopped OK
I can send and make phone call's ok and as far as I am aware I have set the phone up correctly yet I keep getting this message every time I try to open a message with the Orange Envelope Icon.....Help please.

The Windows Installer has had several complications working with applications. The Windows Installer may have these issues every time an application is started. Step 1

Log into Windows. Click the 'Start' button. Select 'Run.' Type 'mmc.exe' and press the enter key. The Console menu will appear. Select 'Add/Remove Snap-in' at the top left of the screen. Click the 'Add' button in the center of the screen.

Double click 'Disable Windows Installer.Enable window opens.' Click 'Enabled.' Click 'Always.' The confirmation window appears. Click 'OK' at the confirmation window.
